The announcement text: I am looking for an experienced Service Co-ordinator * Call Scheduler with previous scheduling experience, must have good communication and relevant experience of liasing with clients*end users. You must be competent in computer skills especially Microsoft Office and have an understanding of business systems. You will be working within a busy, exciting and dynamic working environment. Responsibilities will include: Coordinate and schedule the daily workload of engineers. Liase with various clients to form the scheduling requirement and daily*weekly planning activity of the Engineers. Provide the relevant technical documentation via e-mail * telephone to the Engineers for work instructions per job. Agree scheduling arrangements directly with Clients via telephone in line with Engineering availability and daily*weekly activity plan. Provide reporting on a weekly basis of actual and forecasted workload. Previous experience: Pc Literate, (MS Office, Excel, Access, Scheduling or Call management systems experience ) Excellent organisational and communication skills.
